Our Sellers receive our commitment to the principal duty we have to them:

• To negotiate the highest purchase price achievable from the Buyer and the fewest contract conditions practicable, and
• To negotiate the maximum deposit available from the Buyer up to 10% of purchase price to maximise the Seller's protection in contract General Condition 24 Default, which entitles the Seller to receive the deposit up to the 10% if the Buyer defaults.
